"I have had Fibromyalgia for the past 4 years and it has been debilitating. It stole a large part of my life and ability to live my life. The overall fatigue was the worst for me, in that I was so tired and weak I could hardly function. My day to day routine had to be modified so I could make it through the entire day, which meant limiting the numbers of steps I took in a given day.

If I walked more than usual, I would pay the price with unrelenting fatigue. Going to work each day became an issue of sheer will power. Just showering and dressing was enough to wear me out and the day hadn’t even begun. I slept my weekends away and was only able to manage to get my laundry done to return to work the following Monday. I live alone and didn’t have anyone I could ask to take over some of my chores, going to the store, watering plants, cleaning house….the average tasks we take for granted. I was too proud to reach out for help.

Many of my friends haven’t seen me in years, I did not, could not participate in weekend activities as I was completely worn out from my work week. And like others with this chronic illness, I look ok, sound ok…so what is the problem. The problem is, I was stricken down by my body attacking its self. My muscles seemed to no longer exist and they would attack me when I tried using them, which left me sitting/sleeping in a chair for the past 4 years.

Since finding out about Dr Boydston and his approach to treating this condition, I have gained strength, don’t feel as much fatigue and my muscle tone is returning slowly but, surely. Unlike medical physicians, I am receiving treatment as opposed to medication that will only mask the pain. With his treatment there is a light at the end of this miserable tunnel. I cannot express the over whelming feeling of hope that I have knowing

I am headed to recovery from this debilitating attack of my body. I look forward to regaining my life the way I remember it to be.
