How Do I Apply For The Neuro-Metabolic Solutions Program?

Due to the very customized nature of our Neuro-Metabolic Solutions program, the number of new members admitted each month is naturally  limited.

To be accepted into our program, you will be required to complete a very thorough case history application, and have an initial 45 minute consultation that will determine final admittance.

We only accept those who are most committed to reversing their fibromyalgia, and making all changes asked of them. If you are not serious about ending your fibromyalgia, this this program is not for you.

So if you feel that you would be a good fit for our program and you wish to have your case considered, before we can assign you a case review and new member 45 minute consultation, you must first submit a pre-consultation questionnaire and have an initial 10-minute phone consultation with the doctor.

To Schedule Your Pre-Examination Phone Consultation:

Dr. Boydston will personally review your questionnaire responses, and then Celia, our new member coordinator, will call you the next business day, and assign you the next available phone consultation. (This may require some flexibility on your part since their will only be certain times set aside for these phone consultations.)

If after reviewing your questionnaire responses, Dr. Boydston feels you are definitely not a good candidate for the program, when Celia calls she will inform you at that time and will not assign a phone consultation in those cases.

During this short phone consultation Dr. Boydston will ask questions based off of your questionnaire to determine if he feels that you would be a good applicant for the program. This also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.

At the end of the call, if Dr. Boydston feels you would have a high chance for success in the program, you will be assigned a complete case review and 45 minute initial consultation which will ultimately determine final admittance into the program.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The 10 minute consultation is to help determine if you will be qualified to take the next step in our program. If you qualify, you will be scheduled for a full initial consultation and case review. Do not submit the questionnaire unless your commitment to getting into our program is at least a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. Why Is There No Charge For The 10 Minute Pre-Examination Phone Consultation?

In the past, before we started conducting the pre-examination phone consultations, we identified three main reasons why someone who would ultimately qualify for the program, did not take the first step:

They knew that we are highly selective in our application process, and they are worried that they may not be accepted into the program after going through the entire application and examination.

They feared paying for the examination and then finding out that they just weren’t a good fit for the program.

They had just a couple questions that they would like to ask before they take the first step in our program.

Because one of these three reasons kept people from potentially getting the help and lifechanging experience they deserved, we solved all of the above problems with a simple 10 minute phone consulation at no charge.

By utilizing this free 10 minute phoneconsultation patients wouldn’t be assigned a full examination and go through the full application process unless we felt they had a high chance for success. It also allowed the potential new member to ask those couple of questions they needed to have answered. It was the best of both worlds for us and for them. So for all of these reasons there is currently no charge for this initial 10 minute pre-examination consultation.
